I've been prescribed Progesterone Micro 200mg Capsules to help regulate my menstrual cycle and I'm feeling a bit anxious. The side effects list is quite long and a bit scary, especially the serious ones. Has anyone else taken this and can share their experience? It wasn't clear to me from the doctor what the likelihood of these side effects actually are. I want to be prepared but also don't want to feel too nervous about it. How well does it work?

I've been taking Progesterone for a while now and I've noticed some changes in my mood. It's not too bad, but it's something to be aware of. I've also had some trouble with memory loss, which is a bit concerning.

Just started taking these and I'm already feeling really fatigued. Anyone else experience this?

I was on these for a while and honestly, the side effects weren't as bad as they sound. I had some mild dizziness and bloating, but nothing too severe. The main thing is to listen to your body and if something feels really off, talk to your doctor. It did help regulate my cycle, though.

I took these for a few months and they worked well for regulating my cycle. I didn't experience any major side effects, just some mild headaches and bloating. But I did notice that my libido decreased a bit, which was a bit annoying.

How is everyone sleeping on these? I've been having trouble falling asleep at night. Dont know if its the medicine or just anxiety.

I had a friend who took these and she had a really bad experience. She had some serious mood changes and ended up stopping the medication. It's definitely not for everyone.

I've been on these for a few years now and they've been a lifesaver for my menstrual issues. I did have some serious side effects at first, but my doctor adjusted the dose and it's been much better since then. Just make sure to talk to your doctor if you have any concerns.

I've been on Progesterone for a few months now and I've noticed some weight gain and fluid retention. It's not fun, but it's manageable. I've also had some mood swings, but that could be from the hormonal changes. Overall, it's been okay.

I feel like the serious side effects are really rare, but it's still important to be aware of them. I had a friend who had a blood clot from a different hormonal medication and it was scary. Better to be safe than sorry.

Be careful with the serious side effects—don't ignore them. I got a rash and itching that actually got worse over time, ended up having to go to the ER. Turns out it was a bad reaction to the drug. So if you feel anything worrying, go to a doctor immediately. Dont be scared, but dont take it lightly either.
