I’ve been prescribed Quetiapine 150mg Tablets for my bipolar disorder, which has been causing extreme mood swings. This medication is supposed to help balance certain natural chemicals in the brain. I’m hoping it will help, but I’m a bit worried about the side effects, especially the severe ones. I’ve read about things like allergic reactions, low thyroid levels, and even severe muscle problems. I’m curious to know if anyone else has had experience with this medication and what their outcomes were. I’ve also heard it can make you feel sleepy, especially when you first start taking it. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m hoping to get some insights and advice from others who have gone through the same thing.

It’s weird how different people react to the same medication. I was initially worried about the side effects too, but my doctor assured me that many people tolerate it well. It’s important to stay in touch with your healthcare provider.

I was on Quetiapine for a while, but the weight gain and increased appetite were too much for me. I switched to something else. Just be aware of the side effects and talk to your doctor if they become unmanageable.

I took it for schizophrenia and it was amazing. Didn’t experience too many side effects! It’s a lifesaver.

I noticed I was getting a lot of dry mouth. It was annoying, but manageable. Drink lots of water! Is the bottle dry mouth side effect something you experienced or is it more rare?

Make sure to track your moods and side effects. It can help your doctor adjust your dosage if needed.
