I've recently been prescribed Rozlytrek 200mg Capsules (pellets) for a specific type of cancer with genetic changes in the NTRK gene. I've heard it can be quite effective but also comes with a range of potential side effects. Has anyone here taken this medication? I'd love to hear about your experiences, both good and bad. What should I expect in terms of side effects, and how did you manage them? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I had some UTI symptoms but it mostly cleared up. The stomach issues were tough but I had a good oncologist who helped me manage them. Constipation and nausea were the worst but we got a good stool softener routine going and I never looked back.

Rozlytrek was so rough I had to quit. Sorry to discourage you like that, but Narcolepsy and hallucinations are a terrifying deal to me. It's worth a shot, but be prepared for the worst.

Really hoping this medication will work for me. I've had some success with other targeted therapies but the side effects piled up. I'll keep an eye on my heart and those liver problems.

I'm glad to hear it's working for you. I had my doubts about starting it, especially after reading about the possible side effects. Now I'm even more concerned, but I know I have to try it. Did you have any issues with the nervous system problems or vision changes?
