Not sure if I would have noticed all the symptoms without a doctor's guidance. Definitely had to ask a lot of questions during my initial consultations to understand what to expect!
I've never needed it but my friend who is really into fitness and performance has taken zinc supplements. He always says they help him recover from workouts faster. I think he'd be really interested in this stuff.

I appreciate the concern, but honestly after experiencing it firsthand I can't see how this wouldn't be something worth trying if it helps with healing wounds and fighting off infections. Sure beats the alternative which is being constantly sick!
