I was just prescribed Pramipexole ER 0.375mg Tablets for my Parkinson's disease and I'm a bit nervous. I was hoping that someone who has used it, or even someone who is familiar with Parkinson's drugs, can offer some words of support and advice. I've read through the possible side effects and some of them are quite scary. Has anyone here experienced any of the more serious ones? And on the positive side, does anyone feel that this medication has actually improved their symptoms? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Be careful with the sleepiness side effect. I had a friend who fell asleep while driving before he knew it was a side effect. Now he's fine and takes it at night instead.

I've had vivid dreams, but I also took it at night. It's possible that it would have made me dizzy, but I don't know. Also, my doctor really helped me work through the side effects. If you have any questions, I highly recommend talking to your doctor about it, because there are ways to mitigate the side effects in some cases.

I've been on Pramipexole ER for a while now, and I've had a few bouts of vivid dreams. It's kind of like having a mini-movie in my head every night. It's actually kind of cool, and it's not so bad that I'm going to stop taking my medication. I have a great doctor and she told me I'd be okay. If you experience side effects, just talk to your doctor, they are there to help.

I've been on this medication for about a year now, and it's been a lifesaver. I had some initial side effects like dizziness and trouble sleeping, but they went away after a few weeks. I recommend taking it before bed, so if you do get dizzy, it's better than being dizzy all day. It's definitely worth a shot if you're struggling with Parkinson's.

I switched to Pramipexole ER from another Parkinson's med, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my movement control. The extended-release formulation really makes a difference. You don't have to take multiple doses a day, so it's easier to manage. It's a great option for people who want to simplify their medication routine.

I've been on Pramipexole ER for a few months now and it's definitely helped with my symptoms. I started with the 0.375mg dose and it was a game-changer. Just make sure you take it at the same time every day for best results.

I'm glad I found this thread. I just started Pramipexole ER and I was worried about the side effects. I'm hoping it helps with my symptoms like it has for some of you.
