Has anyone had severe side effects from Amox-Clav 250mg/5ml Susp 100ml?
I was prescribed Amox-Clav 250mg/5ml Susp 100ml for an infection and I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects. The list is quite long and some of them sound really serious. Has anyone else taken this and experienced any of the severe side effects? I'm particularly worried about the allergic reactions and liver problems. Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!

I'm on it now and so far, so good. Just keep an eye on those symptoms and you'll be fine.
I had a friend who had a bad reaction to this. They ended up in the hospital with severe skin reactions. Definitely keep an eye out for that.
I had some upset stomach but it was manageable. I just took it with food and it helped a lot.
Be careful with the allergic reactions. I had a friend who had to go to the ER because of hives and swelling.
Liver problems? That's scary. Make sure to monitor your symptoms closely and contact your doctor if you experience any of those serious side effects.
I think the key is to stay hydrated and finish the prescription as instructed. Side effects can happen but maybe not as bad.
I had some mild diarrhea but nothing too bad. Just make sure to finish the full course if you can.
I never experienced anything serious, but I did have some diarrhea. I just made sure to drink plenty of water and it was fine.
I took this for a sinus infection and had no issues at all. Finger's crossed for you!
The diarrhea was bad for me. I had to call my doctor and they switched me to a different antibiotic.
