Has anyone had severe side effects from Cedax 180/5ml Suspension 60ml?
I was prescribed Cedax 180/5ml Suspension 60ml for a severe ear infection. The doctor said it's a good antibiotic for this type of infection. I've started taking it, but I'm a bit worried about the side effects, especially the severe ones listed. Has anyone had experience with this medication? Did you encounter any of the severe side effects like allergic reactions, seizures, or C. diff-associated diarrhea? I'm surprised more people aren't aware of the potential for C. diff. Make sure to finish the full course even if you feel better.
I took Cedax for bronchitis last year and didn't experience any severe side effects. Just a bit of an upset stomach, but it went away after a couple of days. Make sure to take it with food to help with that!
I had a bad reaction to it. Got a rash all over my body and had trouble breathing. I had to go to the ER. Scary stuff.
I had some weird vaginal discharge while on this. Went to the doctor and they said it was a side effect. Gross but at least it wasn't serious.
I had a bad case of strep throat and was prescribed Cedax. The diarrhea was bad, but the doctor said it was normal. Just drank lots of water and it passed.
