I've been prescribed Keppra 750mg tablets to help manage my epilepsy, and I'm concerned about the potential side effects. The list is long, including things like allergic reactions, liver problems, and even suicidal thoughts. I've started taking them and so far, I've only experienced some mild dizziness and fatigue, but I'm worried about what else might come up. Has anyone else had severe side effects, and if so, how did you manage them? My doctor mentioned that it's important to take it regularly, but I'm not sure how to balance that with the potential risks.

Tough life man, sorry to hear you're going through this. My doc prescribed alcohol to dull the symptoms. Take care and good luck!

I had to stop taking Keppra because I started experiencing hallucinations. It was terrifying. I switched to a different medication, and it's been much better. Please don't hesitate to talk to your doctor if you notice anything unusual.

Definitely watch out for the allergic reactions. I had a friend who ended up in the hospital with a severe rash. It was scary, and she had to switch medications.

I'm so sorry to hear about the hallucinations, that sounds awful. I've had some weird skin reactions, but nothing major. Mine were easier to manage.
