I've been prescribed Tazorac 0.05% Cream 60gm for my psoriasis. It's been a few weeks, and I've seen some improvement, but I'm also experiencing some skin irritation. I have read about the side effects and a few people have mentioned severe issues, it has got me a little worried. I wanted to see if anyone has had success with Tazorac and any tips for dealing with the irritating side effects. Looking for any experience or advice to share.

My experience was completely different. I didn't experience any side effects and my psoriasis improved greatly.

Just started Tazorac 0.05% Cream. My face is a mess right now. Dry and peeling skin. When did your skin clear up? I am hoping it will get better after a while, but it is so bad right now. Does anyone have any tips to make the side effects tolerable?

This might be helpful, I used to use mild baby moisturizer, but had to switch to a different moisturiser as it was not suitable anymore. Make sure you use non-comedogenic, fragrance-free moisturizers.

I just started using it and I'm already feeling so much better. I wish I could share the same success with everyone.

I can't believe they haven't developed anything more convenient!

I've been using Tazorac for a few months now, and while it's helped with my psoriasis, I've also had to deal with some nasty side effects. My skin gets incredibly dry and irritated, and sometimes it feels like it's burning. I've had to start using a really thick moisturizer and a gentle cleanser, but my skin is still not great. I've had to stop Tazorac cream and switched to a different treatment for my psoriasis.
