I've been prescribed Tecentriq 840/14 Inj, 14ml as part of my cancer treatment, and I'm curious to hear from others who have used it. How effective was it for you? Did you experience any of the side effects listed, and if so, how did you manage them? I'd love to hear both positive experiences and any warnings to keep in mind. Tecentriq is an immunotherapy medicine that helps your immune system fight cancer by blocking a protein called PD-L1 on cancer cells. This allows your immune cells to attack the cancer more effectively. However, like all medications, it can cause side effects. The potential side effects range from mild ones like fatigue and stomach pain to more serious issues like allergic reactions, lung problems, and kidney issues. It's important to be aware of these potential side effects and to contact a doctor if any severe symptoms appear. I'm interested in hearing real-world experiences to better understand what I might expect during my treatment.

Anyone else experiencing severe muscle weakness? I can barely get out of bed some days. It's really affecting my quality of life.

I've been on Tecentriq for six months now, and it's been a mix of good and bad. The good news is that my tumors have shrunk significantly. The bad news is that I've had some kidney issues and had to be hospitalized once. It's a tough road, but worth it if it means fighting the cancer.

Be prepared for some tough days. My sister is on Tecentriq, and she's had some serious kidney issues. It's been a lot to handle, but she's staying strong. Just keep a close eye on your symptoms and stay in touch with your doctors.

I didn't have any serious side effects, but the fatigue was really hard to deal with. It felt like I was constantly exhausted, even after a full night's sleep. Make sure to take it easy and give your body time to rest.

I had a pretty mild experience with Tecentriq. The most notable side effect for me was fatigue, but it was manageable. I took it easy, rested a lot, and it got better over time. Just listen to your body and don't push yourself too hard.
