Has anyone had success or issues with Hemocyte Plus Capsules for iron deficiency?
I've been feeling run down and was diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia. My doctor prescribed Hemocyte Plus Capsules, which have B vitamins and iron. Has anyone taken these? Did they help with your energy levels and anemia? I'm curious about any side effects people might have experienced too. I've heard they can cause some stomach issues, but I'm hoping it's not too bad. I want to make sure I take them correctly to avoid any major side effects.

I had some stomach issues initially, but my doctor advised taking them with food. It helped a lot. Definitely recommend.
These helped my anemia, but I noticed my stools changed color, which was a bit worrying. Doctor said it's normal, though.
I had my doctor call the FDA and report side effects. It helped others learn more about potential reactions.
I switched to a different brand after feeling nauseous. Might have just been me, though. :/
