I was recently prescribed Baclofen 20mg tablets to help manage muscle spasms and stiffness caused by my Multiple Sclerosis. I've been taking it for a week now, and while it seems to be helping, I've noticed some dizziness and fatigue. Has anyone else experienced similar side effects? Are these common, and do they go away with time? I'd love to hear from others who have tried this medication and their experiences with it. Also, any tips on managing the side effects would be greatly appreciated.

I've heard some people have luck with physical therapy alongside medication. Could be worth looking into if the side effects are tough to manage.

I've been on Baclofen for a few months now, and the dizziness did go away after a couple of weeks. Just give it some time.

Never had any issues with Baclofen. Maybe you should try a different brand or dosage if it's not working out? Sometimes it's the formulation that makes a difference.

I had to stop taking Baclofen because it affected my balance and coordination so badly. It was scary to walk around, and I felt unsafe. I switched to a different medication that didn’t have these side effects for me. Just be cautious and listen to your body.

I switched to a different muscle relaxant because Baclofen made me so drowsy I couldn't function during the day. It was awful. Maybe talk to your doctor about adjusting the dosage or switching meds if it's too much.

I've tried Baclofen and Cyclobenzaprine. Baclofen worked better for me, but the side effects were worse. I ended up sticking with it because my doctor said it was more effective for my condition. Just make sure to weigh the pros and cons with your doctor.
