I’ve been on Venxxiva for a while, and the side effects have been minimal. Just some occasional fatigue, but nothing too bad. It's definitely made a big difference in managing my cystinuria. My seizures were nearly constant when I wasn't taking it.
I've been on it for a couple of months and haven't had any issues. I take it with food to avoid stomach issues and so far, so good. Fingers crossed it stays that way!
I think it's helped, but I'm not sure. I haven't had any stones, but I also haven't had any real side effects either—knock on wood. At least it's not making me worse.
Side effects: the change in taste is real. I've had to switch up my diet to avoid stuff I used to love but can't stand anymore. Sad face. But it's better than the alternative, so I deal.
