I was on Absorica for a few months. My acne cleared up significantly, but I experienced some pretty bad dryness and hair loss. That was enough for me to stop taking it and look for other options.
Seriously, the side effects can be scary. But if you're careful and stay in close contact with your doctor, it might be worth it. Absolute success stories can come out of it. However, ultimately the decision is yours to make.
