Has anyone had success with Avar Ls 10-2% Cleanser Liquid for acne or seborrheic dermatitis?
I've been struggling with acne and seborrheic dermatitis for a while now, and my dermatologist recommended Avar Ls 10-2% Cleanser Liquid. It contains sulfur and sulfacetamide, which are supposed to help exfoliate the skin, reduce oil, and kill bacteria. I'm a bit worried about the side effects, especially the severe ones like Stevens-Johnson syndrome. Has anyone used this before? What were your experiences? Any tips on how to use it effectively without irritating my skin?

The sulfur smell is awful! Make sure you wash it off thoroughly.
I’ve been using it religiously for two months and I’ve seen some improvement with the acne, but it did make my skin dry at first, so I started using a good moisturizer afterwards and that helped. Not a fan of how it mixes with some of my other skincare products.
I noticed my skin got less oily which is a huge plus. So glad I gave this a shot!
I've been using it for a month, and I noticed my skin got irritated. But I’ve since been using it alongside a gentler cleanser and applying a moisturizer regularly and that has helped.
I used this a while back and it worked pretty well for my seborrheic dermatitis. I got really bad skin irritation at the start, but that subsided after a week or so. Just make sure you follow the instructions properly.
Don’t expect miracles overnight. It took a few weeks for me to see any real results. I used it every other day at first, then gradually increased to daily use. Might be worth it to start slow.
I used it for a week and broke out worse. Must be different for everyone, but I thought it was actually making my skin problems worse.
