I've been diagnosed with peripheral artery disease (PAD) and my doctor prescribed Cilostazol 50mg Tablets to help with my leg pain and improve my walking distance. I'm curious to know if anyone else has used this medication and how it has worked for them. I understand it can have some serious side effects, so I'm also interested in hearing about any experiences people have had with those. How long did it take to see improvements? Are there any tips for managing side effects? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

I've been on Cilostazol for a few months now and it's made a huge difference in my walking distance. No serious side effects so far, just a bit of headache sometimes.

I've heard it can cause low white blood cell counts. Anyone else experience that? Seems scary.

My doc warned me about the allergic reactions. If you start to feel anything weird, like trouble breathing or swelling, get to the ER immediately.

Definitely talk to your doctor about the risks. It's not a joke when they say to seek medical attention immediately for some side effects. Be safe out there!

Be careful with this stuff, my uncle took it and ended up with some serious bleeding issues. Might be worth exploring other options first.

I had really bad stomach issues when I started taking it. Doctor said it could happen and to keep an eye on it. The side effects eventually went away. Worth it for the increased mobility.

I haven't tried it yet, but my doctor recommended it. Wondering if it's worth it or if there are better options. Thanks for sharing your experiences!
