I second the dry mouth issue. Chewing gum helped me a lot. Also, make sure to talk to your doctor about any other medications you're taking. There are some serious interactions to watch out for.
I had trouble sleeping at first, but it got better after a few weeks. Stick with it if you can—it might take some time to adjust.
I've heard horror stories about serotonin syndrome. Make sure to keep an eye out for any unusual symptoms.
Don't be too worried about the side effects. Lots of people have minor issues that go away over time.
