I've been having trouble with occasional constipation lately and my doctor recommended Polyethylene Glycol 3350, which is commonly known as a laxative that helps by drawing water into your intestines to soften your stool. Has anyone tried Polyeth Glycol 3350 Nf Pow Pack 30? I'm curious to know how effective it is, how long it takes to work, and any side effects you might have experienced. I've heard it can cause some issues like stomach cramps or bloating, but I’d like to hear some real-life experiences. Also, any tips on dosage or how to take it would be greatly appreciated! Let me know your thoughts.

I've been using it for a while and it's been a lifesaver. It's helped me manage my constipation issues without any major side effects so far. Just take it as directed and stay hydrated. Definitely be careful with the dosage, if you are unsure ask your doctor.

It works for some people, but not everyone. My friend tried it and didn't see much difference, so I'd say it's worth a shot if you're desperate, but keep in mind that results can vary.

I had some serious gas and bloating the first time I took it. It passed after a day or two, but it was rough. Just be prepared for some discomfort.

How much water do you guys drink with it? I've heard that hydration is key, but I'm not sure how much is enough.
