I've been considering Qsymia 7.5-46mg Capsules to help with my weight loss journey. This medication combines phentermine and topiramate to help you feel less hungry and more full, so you eat less, and it's supposed to be used along with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. There are some pretty serious possible side effects, like severe allergic reactions, acidosis (too much acid in the blood), low potassium levels, and even suicidal thoughts or actions. It seems pretty intense! I'm wondering if anyone here has used it and can share their experiences, whether positive or negative. How did it compare to other weight loss methods? How did managing the side effects work out? Any tips or warnings? Is it worth the hassle? Thanks!

I was so scared to try Qsymia because of all the side effects, but my doctor assured me they were rare. I ended up having some mild ones, but nothing too bad. I would say it's worth it if you're really struggling with weight loss. Be vigilant, though. You can try some natural stuff if it's too intense.

I had a bad reaction to Qsymia. I developed a severe skin rash and had to go to the ER. Not worth it. As a pharmacist, I wouldve told you not to take it

I've been on Qsymia for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer. I've lost 30 pounds so far, but I did have some adjustments to make. I went to a low-carb diet and walked 30 minutes a day. It was still hard, though. I had some dry mouth and constipation, but nothing too bad. Worst part was the constant metallic taste. My doctor said it was common, and eventually it stopped. My advice: stick with it and make sure you're eating a lot of water and fruits, and you should be fine.

Qsymia was a lifesaver for me. I had tried everything else and nothing worked. The side effects were manageable, and the weight just kept coming off. I felt like a new person.

I didn't have any serious side effects, but I did have trouble sleeping. I would wake up in the middle of the night and couldn't fall back asleep. I took a sleep aid after a few weeks, and it seemed to help.

Jeez, hope it's not addictive. I lost my best friend to prescription drug addiction.

I tried Qsymia and it was a disaster. I gained weight instead of losing it. I felt like it was making me hungrier, not less. I had headaches, too. I switched to Phen Q and it's totally different. My diet was a lot better, and I dropped 25. I recommend that one instead. Don't do Qsymia. Trust me.

I think the key is to stick with a healthy lifestyle alongside the medication. I was exercising regularly and eating right, and I lost 20 pounds in three months. It doesn't work for everybody, I think. But it's worth a shot if you're desperate. Just make sure you're following the doctor's orders to a T. It's not something you wanna mess around with.

Serious side effects are scary! I tried Qsymia, and my nausea was intense. I couldn’t eat anything for days. Not worth it.

I heard Qsymia can cause problems with your kidneys. My friend had kidney stones and it was awful. You should definitely go through lab tests before and during your meds
