I was prescribed Rexulti (brexpiprazole) 0.25mg Tablets as an add-on treatment for my depression. It's been a few weeks, and I've noticed some improvements in my mood, but I'm also experiencing some side effects. Has anyone else tried this medication? I'd love to hear your experiences, especially any tips on managing side effects. I'm really hoping this helps in the long run.

This drug is pricey so get it on the good insurance plan.

Rexulti helped me a lot with my anxiety too. I found that taking it with food helped with the nausea I experienced at first. It took a couple of weeks but that went away. You might feel like you're walking through mud, but hang in there!

I have a friend taking rexulti. He had nightmares but they went away after a few weeks.

I've been on Rexulti for about a year now, and it's been a lifesaver. I started at 0.25mg and gradually increased to 1mg. The side effects were manageable, and I've seen a huge improvement in my depression and anxiety. I would suggest trying to stick with it, but talk to your doctor if you are having side effects. I wish you good luck with it. I hope it works for you, too.

I've been on Rexulti for a few months now, and it's been a bit of a rollercoaster. The first few weeks were tough with dizziness and fatigue, but it's gotten better. I've noticed a significant improvement in my depression symptoms, so I'm sticking with it. Staying hydrated and eating well has really helped me manage the side effects – I'd recommend that to anyone starting out.

I've had a similar experience. I'm on the same dose for my schizophrenia, and it's been a game-changer. Just be patient, as it can take time to find the right dose. Make sure to stay in touch with your doctor. They can help manage the side effects and adjust your dose if needed.
