Has anyone had success with Stelara for psoriasis? Any side effects?

I've been on Stelara for a few months and haven't had any serious side effects. My psoriasis is much better, and I'm really happy with the results.

I've heard good things about Stelara, but the side effects list is scary. I'm not sure I want to risk it. Have any of you had mild or no side effects? Or do most people experience some of the serious ones? How soon after starting does this happen?
