I've recently started using Sulfacetamide 10% Wsh Gel 355ml for my rosacea, and I'm curious if anyone else has had similar experiences. The side effects list is quite long, and I'm a bit nervous about the potential for severe reactions. Has anyone else had issues with this medication or seen significant improvements in their skin condition? Details on how long it took to see results would be helpful too.

Just started using it last week and I'm already seeing improvements. My skin feels a lot less irritated and bumpy. Fingers crossed it keeps going this way!

Be careful with this stuff. I had a bad reaction, ended up with a rash all over my face. Had to stop using it immediately. I'm really sensitive, though, so YMMV.

I haven't heard much about this, but I had such bad reactions to other topical antibiotics. Good luck with yours!

I've been using it for about a month now, and it's been a game-changer for my rosacea. No major side effects so far, just a bit of initial irritation, which went away. My redness has significantly reduced, and I'm really happy with the results.

If you're worried about the side effects, maybe start by using it every other day and see how your skin reacts. That's what my doctor recommended, and it helped me avoid any major issues.

I wish more people talked about its effectiveness for rosacea. I stopped using it because I saw some reviews about the side effects and I don't know if it's worth the risk.

It seems to be a great thing for acne for me, and I don't find it to be drying like some other things I've used. Just wish it didn't smell as strong. Smells like someone burnt a bunch of sulfur to me.

I've been on it for three months now, and it's been hit or miss. Sometimes my skin clears up, sometimes it flares up. I think I might switch to something else soon. I've also noticed it can be a bit drying.

I used this for my seborrheic dermatitis, and it worked wonders. I had to deal with a minor rash for the first week, but nothing too bad. Definitely worth it for how clear my skin is now. Just keep an eye on the side effects and don't forget to moisturize.

I've had decent luck with it. My dermatologist prescribed it for acne, and it cleared up my skin pretty well. The key is to start slow and build up. I started using it every other day for a week and gradually upped my use. It helps with the irritation that way.
