I've been struggling with seborrheic dermatitis for a while now, and my dermatologist prescribed Sulfacetamide 10% Shampoo. Be very careful with this. I had a bad rash on my face develop after a few weeks of use. In case you have an allergic reaction such as I did, stop taking it and immediately seek medical treatment.
I used it and it was fine, but I would always take it as a last resort due to the side effects.

I've had really good luck with this shampoo for acne too. I use it once a week and see a noticeable difference in my skin's clarity. It helps to keep the scalp clear and can prevent acne from spreading.
It's hard to believe this…given that it's something doctors prescribe not over the counter solution.
I got really tired and felt really weak so much so that I went to the hospital and was told it was an side effect of the shampoo.
