I've had some issues with injection sites, but that's about it. It's a small price to pay for not having to deal with constant allergies.
Be careful with it. My friend had a bad reaction and ended up in the hospital. It's rare, but it can happen. Wouldn't wish that on anyone.
I've heard that the side effects can be troublesome, but if you can get through the first few weeks without any serious issues, it might be worth it. YMMV, though.
