Hello everyone, I'm looking for some insights from people who have taken Rozlytrek 100mg Capsules. My doctor has prescribed it for my specific type of cancer, and I'm a bit nervous about the side effects. I've read the common ones like dizziness and fatigue, but the urgent ones are quite scary. Has anyone experienced any of the severe side effects? How did you manage them? Additionally, how effective has it been for you? Any tips for dealing with the side effects would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I'm glad I saw this post. I've been thinking about asking for Rozlytrek for a while. It's good to see more positive experiences than negative ones. Thanks for sharing!

Be cautious with this one. I got a severe allergic reaction after the first dose. It was terrifying, and I ended up in the hospital for a couple of days. My advice is to take it at the clinic the first time, just in case.

I haven't tried Rozlytrek, but a friend of mine did and it worked well for her. She had some dizziness at first but eventually got used to it. My advice is to stay positive and hopeful; it's a tough journey, but it's worth it.

I managed the dizziness and fatigue by taking it easy and resting a lot. I also found that eating smaller, more frequent meals helped a bit. But really it's a matter of just giving your body the time and space to adjust. Good luck!

Anyone have tips on dealing with the dizziness and fatigue? I've been struggling a lot with these side effects.

I've been on Rozlytrek for about 6 months now. The side effects were rough at first, especially the dizziness and fatigue, but my doctor adjusted the dose and it got better. I haven't had any of the severe side effects, just some mild ones. It's been effective so far, and I'm feeling better overall.

I had a really rough time with the nervous system problems. I got pretty bad hallucinations and mood swings, but my doctor had to change my medication because of it. I wish I knew about the potential for those side effects before starting.

This medication has been a lifesaver for me. I had a type of lung cancer with a ROS1 fusion and it was working wonders. I had some mild side effects but nothing major. My doctor was really helpful and monitored me closely. The key is to stay in close contact with your healthcare team.

I had a friend who took this and ended up with a UTI. It was pretty miserable, but she recovered okay. Be really aware of the symptoms and don't hesitate to go to the doctor if you notice anything.
