Make sure to apply a thin layer and don't overuse it. I made that mistake and ended up with some weird skin changes.
It helped a lot with my eczema flare-ups, but I had to be really careful with it. I don't want to depend on it too much.
I had a really bad reaction to it. My skin got so thin and I had to stop using it. Definitely talk to your doctor about any concerns you have.
