I was recently prescribed Alprazolam ER 1mg Tablets for my panic disorder. I've heard mixed things about them, and I'm curious to know if anyone has experience with this medication. What were the initial side effects like? How long did it take to adjust? I'm also interested in knowing if there are any specific tips or tricks for taking this medication effectively. Did anyone experience any weird side effects? I've started researching Alprazolam ER, and I wanted to talk to those who have taken it. Is it actually effective for panic attacks or anxiety? Was there a noticeable improvement in your symptoms? Any tips on managing side effects would be super helpful, as well.

I've been on Alprazolam ER for about six months now, and it's been a game-changer. My panic attacks are much more manageable, and I've noticed a significant reduction in anxiety. I did have some side effects at first, like dizziness and fatigue, but they subsided after a couple of weeks. I take my dose at night because it makes me drowsy, and that way it helps me sleep better too.

I had a weird reaction to it—I started gaining weight, which I didn't expect! Anyone else experience that?

Be very careful with this medication! It's super addictive. I have a friend who got hooked and had serious problems stopping. Make sure you're in close contact with your doctor.

I took Alprazolam ER for a few months and it was a lifesaver. My panic attacks were largely reduced. I only had to deal with some drowsiness and dry mouth, but nothing too bad. It took about a week for my body to adjust to the medication.

I've been on Alprazolam ER for a while and it's been really helpful. I did have some issues with dizziness at first, but it went away after a few days. I've also noticed that I feel more relaxed and less anxious overall.

I've taken other benzodiazepines before. I found Alprazolam ER to be the closest thing to a 'normal' pill. It didn't make me drowsy or anything, just calmed me down. But the withdrawal was brutal after I stopped taking it.

I've been on this for 2 months and it's been amazing. I stopped having panic attacks altogether. No side effects either. Maybe I just got lucky. I did have to take a 2 week break because I wanted to go on a camping trip and fly home.
