I've been prescribed Diclofenac/Misoprostol 50-0.2mg tablets for my arthritis pain. I've heard mixed things about it, and I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects, especially the stomach protection part with misoprostol. Has anyone had experience with this medication? What were your side effects, if any? Did the misoprostol work well for you? I'd love to hear any tips or advice on managing this medication. Thanks!

Don’t forget to keep track of any changes in your blood pressure. I had to monitor mine closely at first.

I took it for a while but switched to something else because of the potential heart issues. I’d rather be safe than sorry.

I've been on this for a couple of months and it's been a game-changer for my arthritis pain. The misoprostol has definitely helped with the stomach issues.

I can’t believe there aren’t more horror stories about this drug. I’ve taken it for over a year and it's been perfect for me.

I had to stop taking it because of severe stomach pain. It might not be for everyone, so be cautious.

I was terrified of the side effects but ended up having none. Just some minor stomach aches that went away quickly.

I started feeling significantly better after a week or two. I noticed some mild dizziness but nothing too bad. My doctor said it can happen but it should go away as your body adjusts. Also, it’s really important to take it at the same time every day for maximum effectiveness. Consistency is key with this one. I’d say the downside is mainly the potential risks, but I’ve heard they are rare.
