I was recently prescribed Filspari 400mg Tablets for IgA nephropathy. This medication is supposed to reduce the amount of protein in your urine and protect your kidneys from further damage. It works by blocking two different pathways in the body that contribute to kidney disease progression. Has anyone else used this medication? Please share your experience. Any information about side effects, effectiveness, or overall well-being during treatment would be greatly appreciated. I'd love to hear from anyone who has experience navigating this specific kidney disease or taking this medicine. My doctor mentioned that there might be a few rare side effects, but I am curious to know if anyone else has faced those. Also, how did you manage any side effects that came up? Thanks in advance!

This medication is a bit of a double-edged sword. It definitely helped with my kidney disease, but the side effects were rough. I had to take breaks and adjust my lifestyle a lot. Talk to your doctor and see what works for you.

Dizziness? That's nothing. I had a severe allergic reaction and ended up in the ER. Made me think twice about continuing the medication, but my doctor said it was rare and managed it well.

If you’re on Filspari, make sure to monitor your potassium levels closely. I ended up in the ER with some serious symptoms, and it was all due to high potassium. My doctor helped me manage it, but it was a wake-up call.

I switched to Filspari after my previous meds didn't work out. The first few weeks were tough with some severe dizziness, but my doctor adjusted the dosage and it got better. My protein levels are much lower now. Keep going, it gets better!

I've been on Filspari for about six months now. It's definitely helped with the protein levels in my urine, but I did experience some dizziness at first. Luckily, it went away after a few weeks. I'd recommend talking to your doctor about any concerns you have, they can be really helpful.

This drug is a godsend. My kidney function has improved significantly since I started taking it. Just make sure to stay hydrated and keep an eye on your potassium levels. I had a few scares with high potassium, but my doctor helped me manage it with diet changes.

Be careful with this one. I had some really bad side effects, but my doctor said it was unusual. Everyone's different, so definitely keep an eye out. It's hard but worth the effort for your health.
