This medication is a bit of a double-edged sword. It definitely helped with my kidney disease, but the side effects were rough. I had to take breaks and adjust my lifestyle a lot. Talk to your doctor and see what works for you.
Dizziness? That's nothing. I had a severe allergic reaction and ended up in the ER. Made me think twice about continuing the medication, but my doctor said it was rare and managed it well.
If you’re on Filspari, make sure to monitor your potassium levels closely. I ended up in the ER with some serious symptoms, and it was all due to high potassium. My doctor helped me manage it, but it was a wake-up call.
I switched to Filspari after my previous meds didn't work out. The first few weeks were tough with some severe dizziness, but my doctor adjusted the dosage and it got better. My protein levels are much lower now. Keep going, it gets better!
