I took Harvoni for about 12 weeks and it was pretty intense. The fatigue was real, but manageable. I found that taking it in the morning and resting afterwards helped a lot. The worst part was the irritability—it was hard on my family, but they understood. Still, I'm glad I did it. The side effects were worth it to be free of Hep C.
Did anyone experience dizziness? I felt like I was walking on a moving ship for the first few weeks.
I had a mild rash for the first month, but it cleared up. I was worried at first, but my doctor said it was a common side effect and nothing to freak out about. Just keep in touch with your doctor, folks! It's worth it, no more Hep C.
Harvoni is a game-changer. The dark urine is weird, but if you're that far into treatment, it is a small price to pay. I'd rather deal with dark urine and fatigue than live with Hep C.
Just started Harvoni and I'm already feeling the fatigue. It's like running a marathon every day with no breaks. I hope it gets better soon.
What about the liver problems? Anyone experience that?
I didn't have any serious side effects, thankfully. Just some mild diarrhea and trouble sleeping. I took melatonin at night and that helped a lot. It's a small price to pay for being cured of Hep C.
