Has anyone taken Integra F Capsules during pregnancy? Here's what I've experienced so far...

I was prescribed Integra F Capsules during my first trimester to help with iron deficiency anemia. I've been taking them for about a month now, and while I haven't noticed any major issues, I'm curious to hear from other mothers who have taken these. The iron deficiency symptoms were already starting to get better, but I'm still feeling some nausea and occasional stomach cramps, which I'm not sure are related to the supplement. Does anyone have any tips on how to manage these side effects? Also, I'm wondering if anyone has experienced any allergic reactions or more serious side effects like black stools or vomiting blood? I've heard the package insert can be scary, but my doctor said it's mostly covered in case they're a very small amount of users. I'm trying not to worry but would love to hear some real experiences.

I had some weird stomach pain, but my doctor said it was probably just gas. Turns out, it was from drinking too much coffee. Whoops!

I switched to a different brand because the Integra F Capsules were giving me terrible heartburn. Maybe it's just me, but I felt so much better after the switch.

I'm on my second month of Integra F and I'm feeling great. No side effects so far, just making sure to take them with a full meal, and it’s been easy. Also, if any mom to be is worried, talk to your doctor and don't self diagnose.

I noticed a change in stool color, which was a bit alarming at first, but my doctor assured me it was just the iron. It went away after a while.

I had some stomach cramps but nothing too bad. Just make sure you're taking them with food and stay hydrated. I only noticed a difference when I started taking them with food, and then it got so much better.

I took Integra F Capsules during both of my pregnancies and didn't have any major issues. I did get some constipation, but upping my fiber intake helped a lot.

I had some diarrhea at first, but it went away after a few weeks. Stick it out, it might just be your body adjusting.

I had a friend who had an allergic reaction to these. She broke out into hives and had trouble breathing. Scary stuff! Make sure you know the signs and call your doctor right away if something feels off.
