Has anyone taken Integra Plus Capsules for iron deficiency anemia? Share your experiences!
I've been recently diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia and my doctor recommended Integra Plus Capsules. I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects, especially the urgent ones. Has anyone taken these before? I'd love to hear about your experiences, both good and bad. How long did it take to see improvements in your energy levels and overall health? Also, how did you deal with any side effects? I'm particularly curious about the green-colored stool—is that common and should I be worried? I've always been a skeptic when it comes to supplements, so I want to make sure I'm making the right choice. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I had a bad reaction to Integra Plus. I had an allergic reaction with fever and rash. As soon as I stopped taking them, the symptoms went away. Be careful if you have allergies!
Be careful with these. I tried them and ended up with black stools. It was scary but my doctor said it was normal because of the iron. I stopped taking them anyway.
I had bad stomach cramps and diarrhea but I took it with food and it got better. I also got a bit constipated, but there are methods of dealing with constipation. But I have to say it was really effective for my anemia and I will continue to use it.
I think the green stool is weird. I had a friend take Integra Plus and she had it too. I get the black stool, but green? What’s with the green stools? Definitely not something I would look forward to.
Green stool is normal with iron supplements. It's just the iron reacting to your digestive system. Don't worry about it unless you have other symptoms. I had it but I am still taking my Integra Plus because it's helping
I've been taking Integra Plus for a while and I actually enjoy the energy boost. I feel like I can tackle my day without feeling exhausted. No major side effects here, just a bit of gas sometimes. I'll take that any day over feeling like I have no energy.
I've been taking Integra Plus for a few months now and I'm seeing great improvements. My energy levels are back to normal and I haven't experienced any major side effects. Just a bit of stomach discomfort sometimes.
I think Integra Plus is okay, but I personally prefer a different iron supplement. It's just a personal choice. I think it’s good for people who need it, but I know some people who have had a bad experience, just be careful.
I was so nervous about the side effects, but honestly, I haven't had any major issues. Just a bit of an upset stomach here and there. My energy levels have improved a lot, though. Definitely worth it for me.
