Has anyone taken Oysco 500/D Tablets? How did it work for you? Experiences with side effects?
I've been taking Oysco 500/D Tablets for a few months now. I've been taking it because I don't get enough calcium and vitamin D from my diet. It's been great because I've had an improvement in my bone health. However, I'm a bit concerned about the side effects, especially the allergic ones. I haven't experienced any so far, but I'm just wondering if anyone else has had any side effects. I'd like to know if it's worth it or if I should look into other options.

I had a slight headache and stomach upset but it went away in a couple of days. Just make sure to drink plenty of water and take with food.
I am not taking anything, but I did that weird thing where you come to Reddit looking for advice but decide not to comment. That's a different topic. Anyway, it looks like everybody is fine with this.
I've been taking them for a year and I’ve only had good experiences. My bones feel stronger. But I swear I’ve gained weight too. Has anyone else experienced this?
I think it's worth it to get enough calcium and vitamin D, even if there are some side effects. The benefits for bone health are huge.
I took something similar and ended up feeling weak and tired. It was scary, but I guess it's because of the high calcium levels. I stopped taking it right away.
I take a different brand and haven't had any issues. But I get my calcium from dairy and my vitamin D from the sun, so I think that makes a difference.
