I've recently been prescribed Pamine Forte 5mg Tablets for severe stomach cramps and excess acid. The medication seems to be helping, but the side effects list is quite long and a bit worrying. I'm curious to know if anyone else has taken this medication and what their experience has been like? I'm especially concerned about the serious side effects like allergic reactions and confusion. Has anyone experienced these? I've been diligent about monitoring my symptoms, but it's still a bit nerve-wracking. I'm a bit concerned about the constipation and dry mouth — I'm not sure how to manage those side effects. If you've taken this medication, what tips do you have for dealing with the side effects? Also, I noticed that some people experience dizziness and drowsiness. How do you manage daily activities while taking this medication? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I'm on my second week, and the constipation is real. I've started taking fiber supplements and drinking lots of water. It's made a difference so far, but it's still a hassle. Any other tips? I’m worried about the long-term effects of having to manage this.

I tried this for a month, but the side effects were just too much. Switched to another antacid tablet, and it kind of worked out in the end. but If you're sticking with Pamine, I recommend finding a good brand of sugar-free mints to keep around! It's like a lifesaver, really.

Everyone's experience is so different. I've got terrible acid reflux, and the doc wanted to prescribe something else, but I insisted on this one. I do notice reduced sweating surprisingly. It's been a complete game-changer for me, really.

I've been on Pamine Forte for a month now and I haven't experienced any of the serious side effects, thankfully. Just some dizziness and dry mouth, which I’ve managed with staying hydrated and taking frequent breaks. I think it's worth the trade-off for the relief it provides.

So.. if anyone experiences any of the serious side effects, how soon do you notice them? I just started and I'm a little worried.
