I didn't have any major side effects, but I did notice some minor stomach issues. Just make sure to drink plenty of water and take it with a meal. Good luck!
I don't understand why this is so hard to take. No side effects. I guess the upside is that it works well.
Be careful with the electrolytes. Dehydration may cause mood swings, muscle weakness
I had to stop taking it because of the severe headaches and dizziness. I ended up in the ER. If you feel any signs of electrolyte problems DO NOT IGNORE THEM.
This looks like a terrible mix of potassium and sodium phosphorus. I've heard it's a real hassle to take. Just wanted to see if anyone else had any experience, but I haven't hit any of the side effects. Seems odd.

This look like a lot of work to take. I've had to take potassium, but this looks like a mixture of potassium and sodium?
My doctor told me the rare side effects are still a concern. But I didn't realize how well it can work. I took the supplement after my bloodwork showed my phosphorus levels were low. Didn't notice a single side effect, but my doctor noticed the positive results in my next blood test. I'm glad I took the supplement.
I took this for a couple of weeks and then stopped. Dr told me to let him know if I could stop taking this supplement, but I think side effects may be affecting my body. So I stopped taking it and didn't tell my Dr.
