I've recently been prescribed Proamatine 10mg Tablets for orthostatic hypotension. I've done some research, and it seems to work by tightening blood vessels to help raise blood pressure. However, I'm a bit worried about the side effects, especially the severe ones. Has anyone here taken this medication? I'd love to hear about your experiences, both good and bad. Did you notice any improvement in your symptoms? Any tips for managing side effects would be greatly appreciated!

I think it's important to note that everyone's experience with medication can be different. What works for one person might not work for another. Just be cautious and keep an open line of communication with your doctor.

I've had tingling in my scalp and some itching, but it's manageable. Just make sure to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. That helped me a lot.

Proamatine worked wonders for me! I felt a significant improvement in my symptoms, and the side effects were minimal. It's all about finding the right dose for you.

Anyone experience any weird urination issues? I've been having trouble passing urine and it's been really frustrating.
