I've been prescribed Norethindrone Acet/eth FE Tabs 28s as a birth control method. It's a combination pill with iron, which is a plus since I sometimes struggle with anemia. My doctor mentioned that the iron might help with that. I've read about serious side effects like blood clots, severe headaches, and depression. While these are rare, I'm a bit hesitant. I was wondering if anyone else is taking these tablets currently or have taken them in the past? How did it go for you? Any severe or even mild side effects? Also, what about the iron—I don't have enough research on that. Did you feel less anemic with it? If not, what did you do? Thanks in advance!

This pill does it all: birth control, iron, and mood changes. I feel like a roller coaster sometimes, but it's manageable. Just be ready for a few surprises on this ride.

I've been on these pills for a year now, and honestly, I haven't experienced any major side effects. The iron does help keep my blood counts in check.

I've heard that the combination of estrogen and progestin can mess with your mood. But I have to say, the iron part is really helpful. I was always low on iron, and now my levels are perfect. No more fatigue!

I started this pill a few months ago, and I've had some spotting between periods. I read that can happen with hormonal birth control, but it's still a bit unsettling.

I've been on these for a couple of months and have noticed some weight gain. It's not a huge deal, but it's something to keep in mind if you're already struggling with weight issues.

I tried Norethindrone Acet/eth FE Tabs 28s and ended up switching to a different birth control. The pills caused me to have some pretty severe headaches. I've never had migraines before, but that was enough for me to figure out something else might work better. Worth checking with a doc.
