My doctor warned me about the drowsiness. He told me not to drive or operate heavy machinery for at least 8 hours after taking it. That was good advice.
I've had some weird side effects myself that I wasn't expecting. Never feel bad about speaking to your doctor. They are there for a reason.
Be careful with this medication. I had a friend who had a severe reaction to it. She had hallucinations and it was really scary. I would definitely talk to your doctor about any side effects you experience.
I tried Tizanidine, but the side effects were too much for me. I got really bad dry mouth and was constantly thirsty. Also, I felt like I was in a fog all the time. I had to switch to another medication.
I've been on Tizanidine for a few months now, and it's been a game-changer for my muscle spasms. I did experience some dizziness at first, but it went away after a while. Just be careful, it can make you really drowsy.
