I was just prescribed Ximino 90mg ER Capsules for my moderate to severe acne and I'm a bit nervous. I've heard it can be really effective, but the side effects list is pretty long and scary. Has anyone else tried this? How did it work for you? I'm especially concerned about the serious side effects, like pancreatitis or severe skin reactions. Did anyone have any issues with those or any other side effects? Any advice or tips on managing side effects would be really appreciated. Also, is it true that you only need to take it once a day? How did that work for your routine? Looking forward to hearing from anyone who has experience with this medication.

What do you mean by 'weird side effects'? Can you describe that a bit more? I'm really curious about what to expect.

I took Ximino and had to deal with constant fatigue. It was like a constant struggle to get through the day. Eventually, my dermatologist switched me to something else. It's a bit of a tradeoff, especially if your acne is really bad, but it might not be worth it for you. Just a heads up!

I've been on Ximino for a couple of months now, and it's been a game-changer for my acne. My skin is way clearer, and I've only had mild side effects like dizziness and a bit of nausea. I keep a close eye on the serious side effects, but I haven't had any of those. Just be cautious and listen to your body.

I had to stop taking Ximino because it messed up my liver. The doctor caught it early, but it was still scary. Don't ignore any signs of liver problems. Sometimes it's worth the risk but not if you can't monitor closely.

Wait, what? You took this and got skin issues? I thought it was supposed to help with skin problems, not cause them. That's terrifying.
