I've been taking Adzenys XR for a couple of weeks now, and while it's helping with my focus, I've had some trouble with sleep. I've started using melatonin before bed, and it seems to help. Anyone else try anything similar?

I've had a really positive experience with Adzenys XR. My impulsivity is much better controlled, which has improved my relationships and overall quality of life. Just be aware of the potential for insomnia; some nights I have trouble sleeping, but it's manageable with a consistent sleep schedule and some relaxation techniques before bed.
Be very careful with this medication. I had a friend who ended up in the ER with severe chest pain after starting Adzenys XR. They had a heart condition and didn't realize it could be a risk. Always disclose your full medical history to your doctor.
