I've been struggling with extremely dry, rough, and scaly skin on my elbows and knees for years. I finally decided to try Ammonium Lac 12% Cream. It seems to be helping with moisture and softness, but I'm experiencing some mild burning sensations. Has anyone else had this issue? Also, I'm curious if anyone knows if this cream can be used on the face, and if so, how well does it work on facial skin? Am I the only one having this issue? I'd also love to know if people have found that it works better with a moisturizer or if it should be applied directly to the skin.

I've used it on my hands and feet, and it's been a game-changer. I haven't had any burning sensations, though. Maybe try a thinner layer and see if that helps?

I used it on my face for a week but had a mild rash. Might not be suitable for everyone.

I'm on my third tube and I've tried tons of other creams. Nothing works like this stuff.

I've had a lot of issues with itching. I've tried everything to get it to stop. I'm at a loss.

I swear by this stuff. I put it on before bed, and in the morning, my skin is like a baby's butt.

I had a pretty bad allergic reaction initially. Might want to do a patch test first. Really should have listened to my doctor.

I've found that applying it right after the shower works best. My skin is super soft now.

I've found that it works better with a moisturizer. I apply a thin layer of the cream, and then I moisturize.
