I've been dealing with hemorrhoids for a while and my doctor prescribed Analpram-HC 1% Cream. It contains pramoxine for pain relief and hydrocortisone for reducing inflammation. I've started using it, but I'm curious about others' experiences. Has anyone else tried this cream? How effective was it for you? What side effects did you notice? My doctor mentioned some serious side effects to watch out for, like signs of an allergic reaction, adrenal gland issues, and even high blood sugar. I hope to hear some reassuring stories—but let's be real, I'm also prepping for the worst. If you've used this cream, did you experience any minor side effects like dry skin, burning, or itching? How long did it take for the discomfort to go away? Any tips on applying the cream? I've been applying it after a warm bath, but I'm open to suggestions. Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences!

I've been using this cream for a week now and it's been a lifesaver. The itching is almost gone, and the pain is much more manageable. Just be careful with the application. Follow the instructions to the letter.

Side effects to watch out for include severe rectal bleeding or rectal pain. If you experience any of these, seek medical help right away. This is why you need to get any hemorrhoid treatment prescribed.

How does this cream work? Does it numb the pain or reduce swelling?

I have experienced really severe reactions to steroid creams. I have to avoid them at all costs.

I've had Cushing's syndrome before. It's not fun. Make sure to monitor for symptoms like weight gain in the upper back or belly, and a moon face.

I've used this cream and it worked wonders for my hemorrhoids. The pain and itching were gone within a few days. I did experience some slight burning at first, but it went away quickly. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully and don't overapply.

I didn't know this cream had pramoxine. It's the same stuff they use in some topical pain relievers. I've had good experiences with it before, so I might give this a try. Thanks for the recommendation!

Analpram-HC 1% Cream is great! It relieved my hemorrhoids symptoms quickly. I didn’t experience any of the serious side effects. Just make sure to keep an eye on any adverse reactions and consult with your doctor if you do.

I tried this cream and it was a bit irritating. Might have been an allergic reaction, not sure. Talked to my doctor and switched to a different treatment. Be cautious if you have sensitive skin.

Be careful with this stuff. I had a bad reaction to the hydrocortisone and ended up with a nasty rash. Had to stop using it immediately. Called my doctor and we switched to a different cream.
