I've been using this cream for a week now and it's been a lifesaver. The itching is almost gone, and the pain is much more manageable. Just be careful with the application. Follow the instructions to the letter.
Side effects to watch out for include severe rectal bleeding or rectal pain. If you experience any of these, seek medical help right away. This is why you need to get any hemorrhoid treatment prescribed.

Be careful with this stuff. I had a bad reaction to the hydrocortisone and ended up with a nasty rash. Had to stop using it immediately. Called my doctor and we switched to a different cream.
