I've been feeling unusually tired lately and my doctor suggested trying Apetigen Plus Liquid, which combines essential B vitamins and iron. I'm curious to know if anyone has tried this supplement before and if it has helped with their energy levels and overall health. Also, I'm a bit concerned about the side effects, especially the urgent ones. Has anyone had any severe reactions, or has it been mostly mild side effects like stomach issues? I want to be prepared and know what to expect. Plus, any tips on how to take it—should it be mixed with food or water? Any advice or personal experiences would be much appreciated!

I tried it for a few days but the taste was horrible. It was like drinking liquid metal. My doctor said to keep taking it but it was so bad I quit. Instead, I just take the pills for now. I guess it's better than nothing.

I've been vegetarian for a while and my iron levels were pretty low. My doctor suggested this and it's been a lifesaver. No more dizziness and I'm not as tired all the time. Just watch out for the constipation. Drink lots of water.

I just started taking it yesterday. I mixed it with orange juice because it smells awful. Hoping it helps with the fatigue. What a nasty liquid though.

Has anyone else noticed a change in stool color? My stool turned green and it freaked me out a bit. Is this normal or should I call my doctor?

I had a bad reaction to it. Got hives and my throat felt tight. I had to stop taking it right away and ended up in the ER. It was scary. If you have any signs of an allergic reaction, go to the hospital immediately.
