Aquanaz has been my lifesaver during this cold season. It's amazing how well it works. Just keep an eye on those side effects. I personally had no problems.

I take them and they work well for me and no side effects, I don't think I've seen what you guys are talking about.

I had a really bad reaction to Aquanaz last time I took it. I woke up with rashes all over my body. I'd suggest trying something else.
