I'm exploring options for multivitamins after my recent bariatric surgery. My doctor recommended Bariatric Multivit Iron Free Caps, but I'd love to hear from others who have experience with it. How has it worked for you? Any side effects or tips for taking it?

I was really hesitant about taking any kind of multivitamin after my surgery. I wasn't sure how my body would react, but these have been great. I've had no issues with them, and they've helped me feel a lot better. In the beginning, I just took them before bed to take it, but now I use them before a meal. It has been a real saver.

I've been taking these for about 6 months now, and they've been a game-changer. I noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being. No major side effects, just occasional upset stomach, but it goes away quickly.

Did your doctor explain why you need an iron-free multivitamin? I was surprised when mine said I didn't need iron; I thought everyone needed it.

I’ve been on these for a few months now, and I can’t believe how much more energy I have. It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny, for me. I also switched to an earlier meal time, so it absorbs better than later in the day. If you're considering it, I'd recommend giving it a try. The worst is a little inconvience, and the best is a huge boost in energy.
