I've been prescribed Cardura 4mg Tablets to manage my high blood pressure and symptoms of BPH. I take it with food and it has helped with the dizziness. It's a bit annoying to plan but it makes a difference so I can live with it.
I take Cardura for BPH and it has been great for me. The drowsiness is a bummer, but I find it helps to take it in the evening. Also, I've noticed my blood pressure has been more stable.
I was prescribed Cardura for my BPH symptoms, and it has been a game-changer. My urine flow improved significantly, and I haven't experienced any severe side effects. Just a bit of dizziness at first.
My doc told me to be careful with that priapism thing. Never heard of it before but apparently, it can lead to major problems if it's not treated. Freaky stuff.

Be careful with this one. I had a friend who had a really rough time with it. He ended up with severe dizziness and had to stop taking it. Saw him fainting once which was scary.
My doctor said the severe side effects are rare, but if you notice any signs of an allergic reaction, get to the hospital right away. I never had any issues, but I'm glad I knew what to look out for.
