I've been prescribed Clindamycin Phos/tretinoin Gel 60gm for my severe acne, and I'm a bit nervous about the side effects. I've read that it can cause serious issues like allergic reactions and severe diarrhea, but I'm hoping to find some personal experiences here. What has your journey been like? Did you face any of the urgent side effects, and if so, how did you handle them? Any tips on dealing with the more minor side effects would also be greatly appreciated. I'm really hoping this will work for me, but I'm also preparing for the worst. Thanks in advance!

I had no side effects at all. My skin is clear now, and I'm so happy with the results. It's been a lifesaver!

I had a bad reaction to this stuff. My skin got super dry and flaky, and I had some pretty severe stomach issues. Definitely consult your doctor if you experience anything like that.

I used this gel for a few months and it was a game-changer for my acne. I didn't experience any of the serious side effects, just some initial dryness and irritation. Make sure to use a good moisturizer and sunscreen to help with that.

I had to stop using it because of the diarrhea. It was awful, and I ended up in the ER. Just be careful and listen to your body.

I started using this gel along with a gentle cleanser and lightweight moisturizer. My skin got really irritated at first, but it settled down after a few weeks. I've seen a noticeable reduction in acne, but I also had to deal with some flaking and dryness. I recommend using it in the evening and applying sunscreen in the morning. Make sure your doctor is aware of any severe symptoms. This is a powerful combo, so patience is key. Personally, I think the results are worth it, but everyone's skin is different.

OMG, this stuff is a lifesaver. I've tried everything for my acne, and this is the first thing that's actually worked. Just be patient, it takes a few weeks to start seeing results.

I wish I had known about the diarrhea side effect before I started using this. It's a bummer

I've been on this for about 6 weeks now and my skin has never looked better. I did get some initial dryness, but a good moisturizer helped a lot. Just stick with it, and you should see improvements.

Anyone else have issues with their skin feeling really tight and uncomfortable? I'm not sure if it's worth the trade-off.

I've been using this for about 2 months now and my acne has significantly improved. The initial irritation was bad, but it's worth it in the end. I had to switch to a heavier moisturizer and be really careful with sunscreen. The key is to stick with it and give your skin time to adjust. If you experience any major issues, definitely call your doctor.
