Has anyone tried Clocortolone Piv 0.1% Crm 75gm Pump for eczema? What are your experiences and side effects?

I used Clocortolone for a while and then noticed small pimples forming around the site of application. I was hoping it was just a random acne outbreak, but it continued to get worse. I stopped using it and went back to my usual cream and the acne cleared up.
