Make sure to patch test first. I didn’t and ended up with a mild allergic reaction. Now I’m careful with any new topicals.
The ointment worked great for me, but I noticed some discoloration on my skin after a few weeks. Is this normal?

Skin changes and irritation are something to watch out for; it might not work for everyone. I tried it and it did not work for me.
I've been using it for a while and it's been a godsend. No major side effects so far, just a bit of dryness around the application area.
I'm surprised more people don't talk about this. I’ve seen some noticeable improvements in my skin texture and reduced itching. The side effects mentioned are a bit scary though.
