Has anyone tried Detrol 1mg Tablets for overactive bladder? Let's discuss side effects and experiences!
I've recently been prescribed Detrol 1mg Tablets for my overactive bladder symptoms. I'm a bit nervous about the side effects, especially the rare but serious ones. I've heard mixed things from different people. Has anyone else tried this medication? What was your experience like? Did you encounter any side effects, and if so, how did you manage them? I'm also curious to know if anyone has had any issues with long-term use. Let's share our stories and maybe some tips to help each other out!

I felt really dizzy when I first started taking it. Had to stop driving for a couple of days. My doctor said it was a common side effect and should pass. Turns out, they were right. But if you're feeling that way, maybe discuss it with your doctor.
I've never heard of Detrol. Is it like the patches I had to use before? My doctor wants me to try the tablets, but I think the patches were okay for me.
I've had no side effects at all and it has completely changed my quality of life. I used to be up all night going to the bathroom, and now I can sleep through the night. My doctor advised me to take the tablets with food and I haven’t had any upset stomach issues, either. A big thumbs up from me.
Dry eyes? I didn't realize that was a side effect. I wonder if this medication would affect my contacts. I'll be sure to ask my doctor about that.
I thought Detrol was terrible, but Oxybutynin was even worse! My doctor says everybody is different and it's about finding the right fit. I think I'm going to ask about Vespicare next.
Ugh, I got the dry mouth so bad I kept waking up with a sore throat. I found that sugarless candies or gum helped a lot. Also, make sure you're staying hydrated and see if you can get a prescription for Biotene mouthwash, too. Trust me, it makes a huge difference.
I was really worried about the side effects, too. Just remember, everyone's different. You might not experience any of the serious ones. Hang in there and talk to your doctor about any issues. You got this!
I had to stop taking Detrol because of severe constipation. It was miserable. My doctor switched me to another medication, and it's been much better. Sorry to hear about your side effects, but glad you found a way to manage them.
Has anyone ever experienced changes in eyesight? That's one of the side effects that really scares me.
